I've spent decades doing what most consultants only study.

I built my career across telecom during the rise of broadband, real estate development, higher education, and over a decade in healthcare digital tech. I wasn't just observing from the outside. I was inside the room implementing change, training people, and learning firsthand what it takes to build an organization's capacity to absorb it.

That curiosity led me to dual master's degrees — an MBA focusing on international business and a degree in Information Systems Management — nearly a decade teaching IT courses at community college, and ultimately a doctorate in education — where my research focused on one question:

"What enables organizations to actually absorb and adapt to change?"

The answer: workplace learning culture — a measurable framework built on reflective leadership, trust-based entrustability, and transparent communication. That research became the foundation for everything Workline Capacity does.

The word "capacity" is in our name for a reason. When a founder hears it, there's an immediate question: Do I have enough? That's the entire discovery conversation, compressed into a word.

The Research Foundation

A framework that separates consulting that delivers a deck from consulting that delivers lasting results.

Most consultants bring tools and frameworks developed by others. The Workline Capacity framework was built from original doctoral research — designed specifically to answer why change efforts fail even when the strategy is sound.

This isn't a separate offering or an add-on. It's the underlying architecture of every engagement — from a Rapid Bottleneck Review to a full Operations Redesign.
